Country Neil Diamond Tribute

Saturday 15 June saw 70+ members and friends attend the club for the talented Wayne Pride and Brenton Fosdike performance.  It was performed in three separate phases with Wayne Pride opening with his typical country style ballads and tales of his life in the music industry.  Brenton then did his set in tribute to the music of Neil Diamond.  These seasoned performers then filled the dance floor with their combined rock and roll repertoire, including the Pushbike Song from Brenton’s stint with the Australian band, “The Mixtures”.  It appeared that a great night was had by all who attended.  Keep an eye out for future social evenings under the Events heading on this website.
